Technical architect with a decade across FinTech, asset trading, and platform infrastructure. Now building agentic AI that encodes senior-judgment work — agile coaching, security review, financial-controls review — into auditable, citation-backed systems.

I've spent ten years designing and shipping for regulated environments. Most recently VP of Technology at a derivatives trading platform — FIX protocol, Java on Azure, integrating agentic AI into trading workflows, and acting as the technical liaison between CEO/CPO and engineering. Before that, front-office architect at Cult Wines for three and a half years, building the asset-trading platform on Azure with React, Next.js, Databricks, Auth0, Service Bus, and AKS. Earlier: HomeToGo in Berlin (millions of daily users), Node.js / GraphQL contracts, .NET backend in logistics.

Now independent through Trustflux Ltd, outside IR35. The thesis: the senior-judgment roles that move portfolio companies — agile coaching, security review, financial-controls review — can be encoded into Claude Code skills with full audit trails, then handed to the team that needs them. The first worked example, mdjira, shipped open-source on 2026-04-28.
