Engagements I take on

AI agents in production. Tool-using agents built on the Claude API and MCP, triggered by real events, with the tracing and guardrails a regulated business needs.

AI workflow adoption. Mapping how the team works today, picking the steps where an agent or a Claude Code skill pays off, and shipping them as shared tools, such as MCP servers over your own data, that everyone uses.

Automation. Operational work that eats senior time: incident triage, cloud cost review, backlog preparation, pre-merge review.

Interim technology leadership. VP- or principal-level mandates in regulated environments: architecture, hiring, ISO 27001, and translating between the C-suite and engineering.

Out of scope: open-ended team augmentation, hourly retainer work, anything that doesn't end with documentation the team can run.
